  • White Testa stone cladding extracted from the region

  • Aluminum bays and windows with double-glazed glass (Sidem 2000). Automatic rolling shutters (Somfy). Bathrooms are equipped with manually operated shutters

  • Bathrooms and Kitchen: ceramic tile
  • Roof: waterproof treated and covered with concrete tiling

Air conditioning equipment & materials

  • Pipes and cables installed in provision for split units. Split units by owner
  • Air extractors and ventilators: Vortices or equivalent

Walls Painting

  • Two coats of adequate putty filler
  • Undercoats on coat of tinted emulsion paint
  • Two coats Finish of tinted emulsion paint

Waterproofing

  • All roofs, floors splatter boxes and terraces are waterproofed using 4 mm membrane and other of European made or equivalent
